Wedding Invitations:
Due to the delicate nature of custom-designed wedding invitations, we strongly recommend you allow yourself plenty of time to receive your final wedding invitation order. While the average wedding invitation order takes 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed until it arrives on your doorstep, we recommend that you place your invitation order at least 1 month prior to the date you wish to receive them and 1 and a half months prior to your mail out date to allow for assembly time.

What type of printing process is used? TOP
Wedding invitations, bridal shower invitations, baby shower invitations and personalized stationery are professionally printed using digital color technology. Save the Date cards and graduation announcements are printed on offset printing presses. All printing is professionally done and of very high quality to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Will my pocket fold wedding invitations come assembled? TOP
Since many brides prefer to save some money and assemble their own pocket wedding invitations, assembly is not included in the regular price of the invitation sets. You can, however, add assembly services to your order by clicking on Services on the menu on the left.

Can you create other matching wedding stationery, like wedding programs, place cards, favor tags and thank you notes? TOP

What is your return policy? TOP
We will reprint your order for no charge, if we make an error on your order. If the error is your mistake, we will reprint your order at a huge discount. (We will only charge you whatever our cost is to reprint it. Your initial order includes costs built-in for design, set-up, pocketfolders, mats, etc. You will not be charged again for these things, only for the cost of printing.)

Can I change my order after it is placed? TOP
We are pretty flexible and try to accommodate your wishes as much as possible. If you cancel an order before we have begun working on it, we will refund your money and there will be no charge. We can usually make color, text or quantity changes easily even after you have placed your initial order. All orders include up to 3 e-proofs for no extra fee.

Will I receive a proof of my invitation before it is printed? TOP
Always! After we layout and type-set your invitation by hand, we will send you a proof via email. We will not proceed with printing until we receive your approval.
