By submitting your order to Joyful Heart Design you are legally certifying that the rights to the images or photos you provide for creating your invitations or announcements belong to you, the customer, and you agree to the following: You have all legal rights to reproduce the photos or images that you provide. In providing your photographs or digital images to Joyful Heart Design, you hereby grant Joyful Heart Design the right to create and print photo cards, invitations or announcements using your photos or images for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or made available through websites, magazines, books or other resources are protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without a signed Copyright Release Form. All professional or copyrighted photos and images must be accompanied by a signed Copyright Release Form. To request a Copyright Release Form, please email us or call us at 806-787-1450. You agree to accept full legal responsibility for the reproduction of the images and photos you provide, and to hold harmless and to indemnify Joyful Heart Design and its agents, for all liability, damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing and printing copyrighted photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photo.

Joyful Heart Design is committed to protecting your privacy and to protecting the confidential nature of all information we collect from our customers. It is necessary for us to collect personal information in order to process and ship your order. The information you provide to us is kept confidential and is used only to create your cards, invitations and announcements to process and fill your order, and ship your order to you. We absolutely do not provide or sell your information to any outside agency, person, or company for any reason!

PayPal is our preferred form of payment. It is the safer, easier way to pay online.  It isthe safest way to pay online because it allows you to pay without exposing your credit card numbers to the merchant, you receive 100% protection from unauthorized payments, and PayPal provides 24/7 monitoring to prevent fraud. It is easy to checkout using PayPal because you have only one account and one password for your favorite sites and there is no  need to retype your credit card information.
